Our extra-curricular highlights
Debating and public speaking
Students can develop their thinking, communication and teamwork skills through debating and public speaking. They also have the chance to compete in local and state events.
Creative and performing arts
Our drama, music and art programs help students be creative and express themselves. They can join in concerts, art shows and drama activities.
Trips and excursions
Our students enjoy getting out of the classroom to explore, learn and try new things. These experiences help them grow, build confidence and see how their learning connects to the world.
Peer Support Programs
The Peer Support Program is a student-led initiative that fosters positive relationships, resilience, and a sense of belonging within the school community. It provides opportunities for older students to mentor younger students through structured activities, building confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills.
School Sport
Students at our school enjoy a wide range of sporting opportunities, including the athletics carnival, swimming carnival, cross country, PSSA teams, and the Swim Safety Scheme. We also collaborate with programs such as Life Skills GO for mindfulness and emotional regulation, Goal College, and sporting partners from Tennis Australia to AFL clinics, providing diverse experiences for all students.
Wellbeing Programs
At Regents Park Public School, we prioritise the well-being of our students by offering a range of programs that support their social, emotional, and physical development.
